"A business plan is a written statement setting out how the organization making it intends to organize itself to satisfy the demands of its clients and thereby develop its business."

General Information

• Round 1 - Elimination Round : make a business plan for the product or service allotted to you (through picking up the chit)
• Written business plan will be taken (no presentation)
• Top 5 teams from round 1 will be selected
• Round 2 - A hypothetical object will be given and the teams can assume it to be any product and make a business plan for that product / service.
• Evaluation criteria would be the quality of the points covered and presentation skills
  • Vision and mission statement
  • Review of analysis the fact of the situation – where are we?
  • Set objectives (desired results) – where do we want to go?
  • Generate alternative – how can we get there?
  • What are the pros and cons of each alternative?
  • Decide on the basic course of action
  • Decide on the basic strategies, timings, sequence of major steps
  • Fix specific checkpoints to measure the progress of plans
  • Presentation – concept, time management,presentation skills.
• Registration Fee - Rs. 50/- per participent
